5 months old today little one! Our days are so fun around here. You are 26.5 inches and 14.9lbs. You simply light up our world. You are doing a few fun things:
Rolling from back to tummy and you get a little testy rolling to your back but you do it.
Smile- you do this thing that makes you seem shy. You will smile and look away and then come back for more. Mostly you do this when people greet you. It's pretty cute.
You finally enjoy your excercauser and are learning what the heck to do with your jumper. I put you in front of the back windows to enjoy the sun while you play.
You have been known to sit back and take in the world around you. I have no idea where you get that from :)
You are reaching for things and your favorite toy is Sophie the giraffe. It's worth the 20$ people and he's not even teething yet.
We try and swing outside once a day and you seem to just chill and enjoy the scenery. The dogs come over to check you out and Owen often gets hit with the swing (of course he does).
You have finally made your toes reach all the way to your little mouth. Kind of gross and today made me start thinking what I clean my floors with and what exactly is on those little feet after your jumper...
I'm thinking of starting you on solids....now what exactly to start with, not sure but we'll get there.
You sometimes drop your last nap. It's a day to day assessment to see what you will do.
You LOVE your daddy putting you to bed at night. He's pretty good at it too!
You smile when we come to get you from a nap and you still clasp your sweet hands together while eating or sleeping. I love it.
We love you Parke Ryan. I can't believe how much you've grown. I'm thankful for you and thank God daily for the gift.

I just LOVE that I can keep up with you and that sweet little guy through your blog, I get sad when there is no new update. I miss you so much and want to be able to get down there soon and meet Parke and give you and your boys a big hug!! I love you and keep the pics and updates coming!!!
Parkeee, your Papa just read your mommy's blog with tears in his eyes. I'm so thankful that God has passed on the wonderful love he had for your mom to her son. What a joy and a heart of contentment I have to see that my daughter has an incredible gift to record in writing what she feels and sees with her son! I love my Parkeeee but even more so to see that love passed on through my daugher!
